If a part fails to function properly due to internal defects—not due to incorrect installation or misuse—it is covered.

Parts Used in Their Correct Application

The warranty is valid for parts that have been installed in the correct vehicle type and used as intended, per the manufacturer’s technical guidelines.

Within the Warranty Period

Coverage applies within the defined time period, typically up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Fill Out the Claim Form

Complete the warranty request form with product details, defect description, and purchase information and send it via WhatsApp.

Send the Part to A-part

Submit the physical part along with the claim form through one of our sales or delivery people to A-part’s designated warranty department.

Technical Inspection

A-part’s technical team evaluates the part to verify the issue and confirm it meets warranty conditions.

Resolution & Feedback

Once approved, A-part issues a replacement, repair, or credit—while keeping you informed throughout the process.
